In July 2025, El Café de Origen Luz de Café was born, the result of an alliance with the Association of 125 coffee growers from Pereira and its surroundings.
Our beans, grown between 1,300 and 1,800 meters above sea level in volcanic ash soils, combine the Castillo, Caturra and Typica varieties, offering a unique sensory profile full of history.
With a cupping certification of 88 points, our coffee stands out for its balance, natural sweetness and enveloping aroma.
Thanks to its quality and origin, it was selected to represent Risaralda at Café Expo 2025, consolidating itself as an authentic expression of Colombian specialty coffee.
The result is a medium-roast coffee with a balanced body and caramel and chocolate notes, ideal for those seeking consistency and a defined sensory profile.
